What we collect

When you book a booth: brand name, contact person, mobile number, email, Instagram (optional), business category, and the documents you send (trade licence and transfer receipt).

When you use the contact form: your name, how to reach you and your message.

When you register your attendance at an exhibition: your full name, mobile number, the exhibition you chose, the page language, the time you registered, your attendance ticket number, and your email address if you ask for the ticket to be emailed, with your agreement to be contacted.

To protect the system from abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address — never the address itself.

Why we use it

To hold and confirm your booth, contact you about payment and set-up, and issue receipts.

We only send marketing messages if you explicitly agree, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

We use your name and number from an attendance registration to manage attendance, to contact you about our exhibitions, and to run the prize draw at exhibitions that announce one and contact the winners, based on the agreement you give when you register.

Who can see it

Only the Princess Event sales and operations team, through an admin panel protected by a password and two-factor authentication.

Our hosting and email provider, as a data processor. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Documents (licence and receipt): deleted 180 days after the exhibition ends.

Booking contact details: anonymised 24 months after the exhibition ends; we keep only the booking reference and amounts for accounting.

Waitlist: deleted 30 days after the exhibition ends.

Attendance registrations (name and mobile number): deleted 180 days after the exhibition ends.

Contact-form messages are not kept on the server once emailed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion by writing to info@princessevent.ae. We act on deletion requests within 30 days, except for what the law requires us to keep (such as the record of amounts paid).

Fraud warning

We only send bank transfer details from Vendors@princessevent.ae or from the official WhatsApp number shown on this site. If you receive transfer details from anywhere else, do not pay — contact us.
